This is provide up funding and or support for the project. Business sponsorships are listed below. The goal is to fund 5 people to participate in the 40 over 40 photography event. To honor the beauty, wisdom, and stories of women and to raise funds for our local community to support women's issues in our local community. Please fill out this form to nominate someone or yourself.

Each participant will help choose where the proceeds will be given.

  • Maine Needs (Bangor area/Statewide): Focuses on providing essentials like clothing and hygiene products to women fleeing domestic violence, those in recovery, or those experiencing financial hardship.

  • Safe Voices (Androscoggin, Franklin, & Oxford Counties): Provides emergency shelter, housing support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic abuse and sex trafficking.

  • Women United (Southern Maine): A network within the United Way focusing on educational and financial stability for single mothers and their children

Each participant will be able to invite as many family and friends as they wish.

I’m planning on offering five scholarships by raising funds and awareness about this event and would like your help, I’ll be taking names and collecting donations from local area business and community members to provide 5 individuals with this exciting experience.  Anyone interested in supporting this project please give or offer your support in another way.

  • Directly to cover the cost for participants to attend plus 20% of the proceeds will be donated to local women’s issues.

  • Yes you sure can I’m always in need of an assistant, makeup, hair, dress fluffer, or gala event setup, etc.

  • Yes, I will accept size large and up party dresses, long, are best, dress that are flowy are best, shawls, hats, dressup times, gloves, crowns, tule robes, lightly used high heels.

    I am planning on doing a prom dress swap day at the studio later in the year and will be accepting items.

  • Yes, you certainly can. Just fill in the contact me form and put who you would like to donate in honor of.
