The ambassadors are offered an amazing year-long Senior Portrait experience, with group photo sessions, an opportunity to connect and make friends from different high schools, and participate in community outings and events.

If you are interested in joining the 2027 Ambassadors/Senior Rep Team and coming away with amazing pictures and memories, just fill out the application form. Submitting the application is not a commitment; it just lets me know that you are interested and want to learn more. Once I have your contact information, we will set up a time to chat over the phone so I can learn more about you, give you detailed information about senior sessions and the senior team, and answer any questions that you, your parent, or guardian may have.

Offering fantasy storybook editorial look, magazine style look, clean look, retro, everyday & trendy, timeless, etc.  You’ll want to start shopping now for your looks.  You will have as many looks as you like. Borrow clothes from friends and check the consignment stores. When shopping, the fit is very important. You don’t want clothes too tight.  I will provide you with a getting-ready guide and a makeup guide.  It is a good idea to practice your makeup. And I am always here to help!

Ambassador/Senior Rep

The program's application is open! 

I am seeking ambassadors from various local High schools in the Franklin County, Maine area to act as ambassadors throughout the year. You may see your images on marketing materials, and the best part is you will not only receive credits to purchase prints for your senior portraits, but you will also have chances to win products and CASH when your friends book from your referrals in return.

It starts with a fun and unique location modeling session with a group photo!  At the Senior Group Event, you will just need to bring a parent with you. This should last about 45 minutes. This is when you will meet your team ambassadors, and I will go over the schedule, explain all of the details and answer all questions, and when you are ready to be on the team!  You and your parents will sign a release.

I pride myself on attention to detail and the ability to make you feel absolutely at ease during the session. It is natural to feel nervous at the beginning, but trust me, you will warm up quickly. We laugh and have fun before taking great photos. I promise you will walk away feeling happy and excited about the time you have spent with your family and the memories you created together!

You will have options to earn stuff.

As a Senior Ambassador, you are invited to:

Attend the Summer Group meet and greet photo event, TBA in June or July. I will work around your schedules.

Two FREE (1-hour) Modeling Sessions, and for one, you can bring your BFF

Group Prom photo session, you can bring your date or do this alone (Optional)

Group photoshoot during the golden light in Farmington along the Sandy River (Optional)

Senior Ambassador cards to give out

Facebook & IG photo albums to share with friends and family (watermarked)

Your duties are to:

-Show up on time to any event and return my calls within 24 hours.

-Show compassion and helpfulness to other team members.

-You must participate in the prom dress swap event (Date to be determined) or other event. There will be many options to choose from, and this is going to be fun and you won't want to miss it!

-Share Your Senior Photos and help get the word out about the Senior Ambassador program on social media, such as: IG, Snapchat, & FB, linking with current Juniors and Seniors. 

-LIKE and follow and Tag Alana’s Fine Art Photography on Facebook & Instagram, and refer your friends to like my pages and to learn more visit my website www.afinephoto.com

-Use your Facebook album and IG, to attract new seniors to my page.

HOW DO I ENTER?

It’s simple. Complete the online entry application found on my website.  Applications close on June 5, 2026.  I will also call you, and we will have a 15-minute conversation. or we can meet up in person with your parents.

I am looking for outgoing and active individuals who are not shy and are willing to brag about their sessions. I don't decide on Ambassadors based on your activities or clubs. I am just looking for someone outgoing and willing to work hard as my Senior Ambassador who likes modeling and sharing information online.  If you like telling people about your experiences and would like to work with me to promote my studio, this can benefit us both!

IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIAL I SHOULD KNOW IF I am chosen as an ambassador?

You must schedule your first Senior portrait session before June 30, 2026.

You will be representing my company, so I ask that you actively promote Alana’s Fine Art Photography throughout the year.

I rely on your support, and active models will be rewarded!

I get creative ideas throughout the year and will call on my models to help test them out! Although it’s not required, I appreciate your help.

FOR THE STUDENTS:

I am looking for students from the Class of 2027 and 2028 with outgoing personalities who like to have fun. I prefer our representatives to be involved in extra-curricular activities and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, whatever the job may be. Your senior portraits should reflect your personality. For your photo session, bring in a couple of outfits that represent your style. If you play a sport, bring in your uniform. If you play an instrument, bring it. A limited number of representatives will be chosen from each area high school, so apply early.

NOTE: Students must be willing to refer friends/family and other seniors a minimum of six (6) bookings to be eligible to win gift cards and other gifts. In the event of a tie, the prize will go to the student who referred the first six (6) bookings.

FOR THE PARENTS:

Your child's senior year of high school can be very expensive. You will have fees for tests, graduation, announcements, invitations, cap and gown, yearbooks and ads in them, college applications, prom, and, of course, senior photos, along with so much more. Alana's Fine Art  Photography is allowing you to save some money by allowing your child to become a Senior Ambassador for my studio. You MUST sign the contract with me before I book the photo session. I will provide this at the group meeting(Parent Contract). By entering this contest, you are permitting Alana's Fine Art  Photography to use your son’s/daughter’s first name and photograph on the blog, website, and in marketing materials. You are confirming you have the authority to commit to this. The signing of my contract and entry form in no way obligates the winners and/or parent/guardian to make purchases from Alana's Fine Art Photography. You also MUST attend your child's FIRST FREE portrait sessions because we require you to sign a contract about your child representing Alana's Fine Art Photography. I will also answer any questions you may have about the program at this time, or you are welcome to meet with me before. The only cost is the cost of one photo session minimum investment of $325 of course, you can book any collection or photo session you like. When you pay the deposit of $150 this secures the photo session date/time. After your photo session, I will offer this as a credit towards your print purchase when you spend $150 or more on prints, wall art, albums, folio box, metal prints, and gift prints (frames and grad cards are excluded).

WHAT CAN YOU EARN?

As an Ambassador, you will receive tiered incentives as you refer more and more clients:

If 2 of your referrals have booked, you will receive a 10” Print for FREE or earn (3) Social Media Images edited or $40 towards Metal Prints, Photo Prints, Canvas Prints, or albums.

If 4 of your referrals have booked, you will receive a 14” Print for FREE or earn (6) Social Media Images edited or $80 towards Metal Prints, Photo Prints, Canvas Prints, or albums.

If 6 of your referrals have booked, you will receive a 16” Print for FREE or earn (12) Social Media Images edited or $120 towards Metal Prints, Photo Prints, Canvas Prints, or albums.

PRIZES:  The six (6) students with the highest number of bookings (to enter, you must have a minimum of 6 Seniors booked) will also receive the following prizes: CASH Prizes, 1st place with the most referrals to book, 2nd with the second most referrals to book, and so on.

Sixth Place - ($30 Photo/Print Credit)

Fifth Place -($40 Print Credit)

Fourth Place - ($60 Print Credit)

Third Place – $50 Visa/MasterCard Gift Card

Second Place – $75 Visa/MasterCard Gift Card

First Place – $100 Visa/MasterCard Gift Card

NOTE:
~The top three (3) students will be notified via email. The deadline for booking referrals to earn the prizes for first, second, or third place is March 30, 2027

~All referrals must have been scheduled and paid their deposit Fee for booking to count toward your incentives.

~Ambassador must refer a minimum of six (6) bookings to be eligible to win the gift cards and prizes. In the event of a tie, the prize will go to the student who referred the first six (6) bookings.
