For a custom photo shoot I will work with you to nail down the personalized Theme depending on the time to create and additional props required there maybe an additional charge.

These sessions will take place in the studio. If you would like an on location for a Mermaid at the beach or tea party in the garden, golden light fairy, unicorn, princess etc please ask for a quote for additional charges.

• Payment Structure: $850 retainer to lock in both dates, followed by 6 monthly auto-drafts of $550.

👑 The Four-Seasons Anthology (4 Sessions)

The ultimate luxury portrait experience tracking a child's imagination across an entire year.

• Total Investment: $7,990 (Saves $1,970 compared to booking individually)

• What’s Included: Four fully styled fantasy sessions spaced across the seasons (e.g., Spring Fairy, Summer Mermaid, Autumn Pirate, Winter Unicorn).

• The Deliverable: A magnificent, custom-designed four-volume heirloom book set housed in a custom designed library slipcase.

• Payment Structure: $1,590 retainer to lock in the annual calendar, followed by 8 monthly auto-drafts of $800.

Membership Perks & Elite Incentives

• Priority Booking Window: Members receive a 7-day head start to choose their preferred weekend dates before seasonal themes are released to the public waitlist.

• Complimentary Sibling Add-on: Sibling inclusion fees (normally $250 per session) are completely waived for multi-session packages.

• The Family Portrait Finale: The final session of the year includes a complimentary 15-minute wardrobe change at the end for a classic family portrait.

• Digital Archive Upgrade: Members receive a crystal-engraved USB drive containing all final high-resolution digital files from every session at the end of the year.

Booking Workflow & Contract Tracking

1. Fixed Calendar Choices: You must select the 2 or 4 theme concepts and tentative months during the initial onboarding consultation.

2. The Age Factor: The contract states that outfits are fit to the child's current size at the time of each individual shoot, requiring a quick size check via text 15 days before each date.

3. Expiration Policy: All milestone sessions within a package must be completed within 14 months of signing the contract, or the remaining sessions are forfeited.
