Specific Custom Book Details
The book is the centerpiece of this experience and must be framed as a museum-quality heirloom.
Premium Materials: Printed on thick, archival fine art paper with a matte finish. Covers are wrapped in luxury linen, leather, photo cover, or custom velvet.
Custom Storytelling Layout: Each spread is custom-designed. Portraits are woven together with whimsical text or poetic fairy tale narratives starring the child's name.
Artistic Retouching: Every image in the book receives signature, painterly hand-editing to match a classic storybook aesthetic.
Specifications: 9x12 or 10x10 inches, includes 20 custom-designed pages (10 spreads), safely delivered in a matching protective clamshell box.
The Consultation: A mandatory 15-minute phone or video consultation to discuss clothing sizes, dietary restrictions for the tea treats, and book theme options.
The Booking Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of $150 and a signed custom contract are required to lock in the date.
The Turnaround Timeline:
2 weeks post-shoot: Private gallery reveal and design consultation to choose images for the book.
4-8 weeks post-reveal: Custom design layout approval and professional printing/binding delivery.
Model Release & Minor Protection: You certify you are the legal guardian of the child. You grant the studio rights to use images for marketing, or they explicitly opt out via a paid privacy fee.
Perishable & Dietary Liability: The studio provides food/drink for the tea party. The client must list all allergies 7 days prior. The studio is not liable for undisclosed allergic reactions.
Print Product Finality: The client must sign off digitally on the final book layout. Once approved and sent to the lab, no changes or refunds are permitted for spelling, image choice, or layout.
Retainer & Rescheduling: The booking retainer is non-refundable. If the child is sick, the client may reschedule once with 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice forfeit the retainer.
