Details:

THE STUDIO IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITH ELEVATOR ACCESS.

STUDIO IS 1050 sq FEET with high ceilings LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT OR can be DARKENED WITH BLACKOUT CURTAINS. PLENTY OF PARKING OUT FRONT ALONG THE STREET OR OUTBACK. Can be rented by the hour or full day.

Included with portrait space rental:

-Makeup Station hair dryer, curling iron, hair spray.

-Posing stools, and boxes, daybed, and gray bench included.

-Paper, canvas, cloth backdrops.

-Emergency Kit: safety pins, bobby pins, hair bows, bra extenders, socks, locations, makeup remover, Kleenex, paper towels.

Additional Fee:

-Use of lending closet $15-$32 PER Dress or Outfits / Shoes $5 -$15 / Hats $2-$10

-Use of any props $5-$25

-Use of furniture $5-$35

-Use of lighting equipment $75

RATES: Non Members, Deposit Due at booking $150 (Members save 25%)

• 1 – 1 .5 hours | $100 per hour

• 2 – 4.5 hours | $85 per hour

• 5 - 9 hours | $75 per hour

Ingalls Studio MEMBERSHIP:

Member Rates $200 per month.

Benefits: Save 25% off studio rent, included one rental block of 2 hours (6 MONTH commitment)

To get started, $150 damage deposit, and $200 payment, rent payments due 1st of each month.

AVAILABILITY: First come.

• The studio is available to rent 7 days a week, 8:00am - 7:00pm

• You must inquire at least 5 business days ahead of your intended rental time for non members. Members no less than 24 hours send text message first to confirm available

DETAILS:

• With every rental, there is a 15 minute buffer at the end of the rental to allow for any unplanned overage and cleaning.

• $50 non-refundable retainer due at booking with remaining amount due 2 days before the day of your booking via invoice.

• Access to curated lifestyle space (Pink bench, Purple Settee, Day bed (White, Black, Teal, Pink), Cloth black backdrop, Red cloth panel backdrop, and a seamless 12 ft white paper backdrop, Paper: green, tan, blue, off white small 48”.

• Choose Light or Dark Theme

Photography Studio Rental Usage & Rules: Restrictions

• No open flames, noise limits, and mandatory cleanup.

• Liability: Renter responsibility for any property damage or personal injury.

• Over your time will be charged at $25 per 15 minutes if no one is booked after you, but if there is another booking there will be a $50 late fee added.
