• THE SSTUDIO IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITH ELEVATOR ACCESS.

• The STUDIO IS 1050 sq feet with high ceilings and has a LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT OR can be DARKENED WITH BLACKOUT CURTAINS.

• PLENTY OF PARKING OUT FRONT ALONG THE STREET OR OUTBACK.

• Can be rented by the hour or for a full day.

Included with space rental:

-Makeup Station

-Posing stools and chairs, posing boxes, daybed, and gray or Pink bench, a variety of rugs and floors.

-Reflectors, Soft boxes, and light and background stands.

-A variety of Paper, canvas, and cloth backdrops to choose from.

Access to a curated space (Pink bench, Purple Settee, Gold Day bed (White, Black, Teal, Pink, Green, covers), Large cloth black backdrop, Large red cloth panel backdrop, a seamless 12 ft white paper backdrop. Paper backdrops: green, tan, blue, off white small 48”. Many cloth designs and many hand painted canvas backdrops.

Sandy River Shutter Space SRSS MEMBERSHIP:

Member Rates $225 per month.

Benefits: Save 25% off studio rent, includes three hours of rental time (6 MONTH commitment)

To get started, $150 damage deposit, and $225 payment, rent payments due 1st of each month.

AVAILABILITY: First come.

• The studio is available to rent 7 days a week, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

• Please inquire at least 7 business days ahead of your intended rental.

• Members will have access to the online schedule and can schedule yourself if available at anytime. You will also have access to the studio from 7 am- 11 pm.

DETAILS:

• With every rental, there is a 15 minute buffer at the end of the rental to allow for any unplanned overage and cleaning.

• $100 damage deposit and a $50 non-refundable retainer due at booking with remaining amount due 2 days before the day of your booking via invoice.

• Access to curated lifestyle space (Pink bench, Purple Settee, Day bed (White, Black, Teal, Pink), Cloth black backdrop, Red cloth panel backdrop, and a seamless 12 ft white paper backdrop, Paper: green, tan, blue, off white small 48”.

Usage & Rules: Restrictions

• No open flames, noise limits, and mandatory cleanup.

• Liability: Renter responsibility for any property damage or personal injury.

• Over your time will be charged at $25 per 15 minutes if no one is booked after you, but if there is another booking there will be a $50 late fee added.

• At this time, there is no additional cleaning fee included in the session cost so we kindly ask that you leave the studio as you found it.

• A rescheduling request made more than 14 days in advance will be approved at no additional cost. If a request is made to reschedule within 14 days or less of the rental date, there is a $50 rescheduling fee applied to the person responsible for the booking. This policy also applies to members.
